Terminal trainer

Job content:
1. Improve the company’s training system and formulate short, medium and long-term company training strategic plans;
2. Responsible for collecting ceramic industry training information, analyzing and summarizing the effects of existing training policies, and improving the training system;
3. Organize and develop training courses and prepare training materials;
4. Develop a shopping guide star rating plan and be responsible for tracking and implementing it;

Job Requirements:
1. Have more than 3 years of working experience in terminal training in the well-known brand building materials industry;
2. Able to independently write relevant training lesson plans and organize training;
3. Good at training in specialty stores, ceramic product knowledge, and terminal management;
4. Dedicated and dedicated, able to accept long-term business trips.

Purchasing and ordering

Job content:
1. Be familiar with the specifications and models of the materials you are responsible for, be familiar with the relevant standards of the materials you are responsible for, and control the requirements and delivery dates of purchase orders.
2. Timely update the "Qualified Supplier List" and related information of relevant materials.
3. Cooperate with the PMC department to purchase raw materials in place to ensure smooth production. And prepare daily reports for feedback on abnormal material delivery information.
4. Track the implementation of MRB meeting resolutions, actively track supplier quality improvements, and promptly feed back the results of supplier responses to the quality control department.
5. Track the return of all outsourced processed products and follow up on the inventory status of outsourced remaining materials
6. Follow up with relevant departments to confirm the sample confirmation results and return them to the supplier within the same day.
7. Obey the daily work arrangements of the buyer and do a good job in daily cleaning.
8. Assist buyers with reconciliation work.
9. Obey other work temporarily arranged by superiors.
